  • 1 cup (128 g) dried beef crumbles, re-hydrated or 1 12 oz (300 g) can of roast beef and gravy

  • 1 cup (128 g) dried peas, re-hydrated

  • 3 tbsp dehydrated minced onions

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • dash of nutmeg

  • salt and pepper
