Creamy Corn Chowder

1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn (drained and rinsed)
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn (undrained)
2 cups milk (or 2/3 cup instant milk powder with 2 cups water)
2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
salt and pepper
Directions
- In a pan, add in both the whole corn and creamed corn. Pour in the milk. Place the pan over medium heat and bring to boil with occasional stirring.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Do not cover.
- Add in the instant potato flakes. Keep stirring until the soup reaches your desired thickness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
